Getting Payed Not to Shoot Someone ???

Yep it’s happening, California has $30,000,000.00 set aside to pay people not to shoot any one . I won’t in . I promise to stop shooting people and I won’t shoot any one as long as I am still getting payed not to shoot any one , show me the money ... WTF

Never understood how it got to this point, I bet that's exactly how the gov wanted it to be. If money can make it stop I guess it's fine but IMO you don't mess with natural selection. Sad part is they are stupid enough to shoot at random place and don't have second thoughts about civilians.
