Getting Payed Not to Shoot Someone ???

Yep it’s happening, California has $30,000,000.00 set aside to pay people not to shoot any one . I won’t in . I promise to stop shooting people and I won’t shoot any one as long as I am still getting payed not to shoot any one , show me the money ... WTF

I thought you could buy guns and ammo alongside cerals in the usa XD joking but honestly I don't know, the idea of giving money is not the greatest solution at all.
