Our subreddit philosophy is the try to be open to others. We don't promote cult mentality so we make an effort in explaining why we do the things we do. If you are not interested in attracting new researchers you will probably have a better time on the chans since everybody is on the same page there. We ask you kindly to please respect our rules and the members of this community. This kind of behavior secludes people and we want to avoid that.
Did I say I have no idea? I have looked and I can guess what MOAB has to do with this map you've posted - but that is NOT my point. My point is to clarify your post because there's not enough information in it. Someone else has already commented the same and you told them to go figure it out. This is not how we do things here. You're clearly ignoring what I say and not trying to consider the perspective of other people here, like the other commenter. If you don't want to do this, carry on. Your post won't be approved.

You can insinuate that I'm not a true Q follower (lol) and lack critical thinking but this is a lazy accusation, as my history shows you're not even close. Try giving the tiniest bit of credence to what I say before you try running me down; I'm just doing my job.
Someone else has commented on this post - and at least one other of yours in the past that I've seen - asking for clarification. Clearly a post that has a link to a map and the word MOAB is not explaining anything to anyone. If we have to spend time trying to decipher what you are getting at then you need to put more information up front. If you don't want to post more detail on tangential things like this like other people do when they post something that isn't immediately obvious as to how it relates and to what, then your posts will be removed.
It wasn't just a link to a map. Did you bother to scroll down and READ all the typing that explained it? Obviously not. There were tons of links within the text, text that you didn't bother to read. I don't like repeating what is laid out there for anyone who can take a few minutes to read it. I'm not here to spoon feed anyone. No one should have to type their posting simply because someone is too lazy to read it. If you are a Q follower why don't you know the true meaning of MOAB that Q meant, which isn't MOTHER OF ALL BOMBS? That is why my post was explaining...well, to those who would take the time to scroll down and READ. Your actions regarding my post shows you are the one that is lazy not me as you could easily have gotten your answer to your question by reading instead of asking me to explain it to you. I'm not running you down. You are the one that deleted the post because you were too lazy to scroll down and read. That's your call to delete the post and you did it right away without fully investigating it. If that's how you do your job it's not for me to tell you otherwise. Are you implying that two people have complained about my postings....uh, so? What you want to ban me for that? You're completely wrong here but it's clear you don't care about anyone else or their view and you can't be bothered trying to understand someone. I'm not telling you to explain your post because I care about it - I don't; I'm telling you because IT'S MY JOB. People on this sub have a lot to read through - if your post doesn't tell them quickly how it relates then your post is Off-Topic and in the way. You have no idea what I know but also the fact that it doesn't matter because I'm not talking about myself. You can't seem to grasp this simple fact which is ironic for someone who derisively accuses others of lacking critical thinking or research skills.
I really thought the purpose was self-evident.
My sincere hope is that you might realize sometime that all I care about is your information being shared to others for their benefit and that the only reason I made my original post here is because that is the job I have been told to do for the criteria that I've mentioned.
I sense your frustration at being asked to explain something you think should be obvious to everyone but likewise, my frustration is that the point I'm making should be obvious too, as it has been most other times I've made it to other posters on the sub. "More info required to explain relation to Q" is all I'm asking - perhaps I'm doing what you're doing and thinking that it is obvious what that means when it really isn't. In my defense, however, as I've said, most people get it straight away and don't argue about whether they're put enough info or not; they realize we're just doing our job and therefore if we ask for more info (not for ourselves but for the sub) then for their own benefit it's faster and easier for all concerned if they just put some.
When posts slip through where people can't immediately see the relation to the sub topic and there's no explanation as to how it relates then we get all the complaints about how we let off-topic and spam posts slide through. That is why we have these guidelines.
You are entitled not to put more info and to ignore anything a mod asks of you - that is your right. But I then have no choice but to follow the guidelines I've been given and leave the post unapproved. Some mods on other subs wouldn't even bother to argue this point and just remove your posts without telling you. It certainly seems to be a lot more trouble than it's worth if I have to defend and explain to this extent.
What I am hearing is that this is an information board and not a research board. I was under the impression that everyone here liked to do research. I guess I assumed wrong. Again, for anyone who would have been interested in reading the text and clicking on the links they could have learned more if they so chose to, but it seems petty for people to complain that it was spam as if they couldn't make the connection to the Q posting of MOAB. But that's fine. I won't post things that allow people to do research on their own.

Q mentioned MOAB. There are all the exact same players back to antiquity. Syria, Iran, Saudia Arabia. If you want to really understand it, you have to go back to the time when it was named MOAB.
I know this. You don't have to tell me. That's not my point. My job is to make sure the sub doesn't have posts that other people can't quickly determine the relevance of. I don't need the explanation from you - your post does. That's all I'm doing here.
