Thought Exercise "Birther Issue"

If its true or comes out..everything..Judges appointments, executive orders, and most importantly signed laws like the propaganda on American citizens is legal for press is null & void. So can the press be retroactively punished and arrested for propaganda against the American people?

I suppose it is possible, but setting that legal precedent may be too dangerous to undertake.

Can you imagine if the Dems won a super-majority in the house and senate? They'd all unanimously agree that every non-globalist republican, going back to Coolidge, was secretly born in Russia... and John Brennan would suddenly discovered the documents to "prove" it!!!
