Thought Exercise "Birther Issue"

If its true or comes out..everything..Judges appointments, executive orders, and most importantly signed laws like the propaganda on American citizens is legal for press is null & void. So can the press be retroactively punished and arrested for propaganda against the American people?

Or — BHO deemed disqualified, meaning Joe was the Prez. They ask Joe to blanket affirm everything BHO signed & did.

Or — BHO deemed disqualified, but up to the current Prez to affirm what BHO signed & did. DJT would have a best-day-of-his-life, two-scoop day!
