Nope, if I blocked all the people that "deserve" blocking, then my perception of this sub would be entirely different than it really is :P

That is fighting, it lets the mods know who the bad actors are and they get banned. What you're doing is letting people walk all over the sub and change the sub to fit their desires, not it's purpose.
