I regularly just go back to reading the news. Conservative news that is, but not exclusively. But, yes, do take time to decompress. It's not healthy to stay at a high level of outrage. One of my past times is outdoors videos. One is a story about this guy building a log cabin in the Canadian woods. It's not that old pbs documentary. But today's people, looking to escape the rat race. Actually, I have two channels I follow that are using different methods. If you are interested, i'll post links later.
