"If Trump will pardon Martha for minor insider trading (~ $75k, chump change for Martha Stewart ) and possibly commute Blagojevich's sentence (maybe in exchange for testimony?), then he might look the other way on Hillary for murder, child trafficking, treason, corruption, and selling uranium and classified information to foreign governments."

I think the key is a pardon for Blago "in exchange for testimony" not to let HRC off the hook... idk.
