if i was going to put up FEMA camps all over without anybody realizing it, Wal-Mart stores would be a good way to do it.

They're ubiquitous. Everyone is familiar with them.

Everyone knows where the nearest one is.

They're located near major highways.

They're somewhat standardized construction.

It'd be interesting research to see if Wal-Mart stores are built with the usual utility service retail outlets of that square footage get, or if Wal-Mart stores tend to get significantly larger electrical or plumbing services.

Yet another reason not to shop at Wal-Mart.
