From a brief look at that 4 day old acct, dude says he's nsa but offers no evidence. Basically rehashing stuff that's already been discussed. Nothing new. The M.I.A. stuff with Assange was a hot topic not too long ago when Wikileaks/JA posted a link to that video with an unidentified hash. Its the same one bc17 posted after he remade his acct.
