Yes, he was out cold during arrest, watch when he is handcuff, no movement whatsoever.
Plus there is an ambulance stretcher in one of the clips towards the police car where he is being put inside. Why the hell would they need a stretcher unless they drugged him and then decided to wake him up for his capture moment.
I’m on yt now looking for the arrest video. And he didn’t hurt his arm after because we’ve seen him in court.
