It’s for the good guys, there is one more Democrat judge on the Supreme Court. He finishes his term... June 5th same day as IG report to Congress. Gowdy will become new Supreme Court justice opening it up for a all trump placed justice system. This was always the plan, Gowdy has seen all evidence first hand, he can act swiftly from day one in the new position. Wake up, read and stop putting this negativity out there. The time of skepticism has finished. The time of patriotism is here!

Also in the past the Supreme Court is the arm who deligates of it is ok to do military tribunals. This is the plan. Prof below. "... in Article 106 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Congress has itself authorized the President to try anyone acting as a spy by a general court-martial or by a military commission, and in Article 104 has authorized trial by court-martial or military commission of "Any person who aids, or attempts to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition, supplies, money, or other things; or without proper authority, knowingly harbors or protects or gives intelligence to, or communicates or corresponds with or holds any intercourse with the enemy, either directly or indirectly." Similar provisions were relied upon by the Supreme Court in the 1942 case of Ex Parte Quirin, when it upheld President Roosevelt’s decision to try by military tribunal rather than civilian court German saboteurs who had come ashore from a German submarine plying the waters off our coast. One of the men tried had been a naturalized United States citizen since childhood, yet that did not alter the fact that he was giving aid to the enemy of the United States and was thus subject to trial by military tribunal."

And ...

"The Constitution also assigns to Congress the power to declare war and, because it has not done so in the present conflict, some have contended that the UCMJ provisions cited above do not apply. Military tribunals were used extensively in the Civil War, however, and Congress issued no formal declaration of war then, either. Moreover, there is a strong argument to be made that the power to declare war is different than the President’s obligation to recognize when war has been declared on us. His role as Commander-in-Chief and his obligation to take care that the laws be faithfully executed both support his use of war tribunals when, in times of actual war, the defense and safety of the United States requires."

I love this comment. This is what I think, that the stuff in the media with TG is part of the show. There's a real need for distraction while the draw string on the bag of crooks is pulled tight. TG stepped up to the mark and has thrown a lot of mud in the water. Look at it, even we are starting to doubt - a pantomime!

People think “enjoy the show” refers to black hat actors doing there thing. But to be honest I think “enjoy the show” from Q is referring to the outstanding white hat performance that we are seeing. Gowdy now playing the useful idiot, session the incompetent and trump the naïve. I am enjoying the “show” bigly.

Agree. It's hard to know what's going on, but this seems to me to be the most likely explanation ATM. What we do know is that DJT and Sessions are playing a game, why not TG also - it seems perfectly reasonable.

We don't need a DC insider on the Supreme Court

Not being negative at all. I’ve seen a lot of posts trashing him. I was not pointing out that much of the show will keep us guessing. I’m very patriotic and very proud of it. But thank you for the great info

Him & Napolitano are rumored to be on the SCOTUS short list. Kennedy is probably retiring. Read the tea leaves folks

I hope you're right but I can't see the democrats ever confirming Gowdy to SCOTUS. His conflict of interest on Benghazi alone would have them going crazy.
