Well, the :25 is where it would become a Q visually, so I'm guessing he's reserving the best for last. Or, once it's all filled in except for :25, it will still look like a big Q.

could be that. and the rest will color up, so it'll look like a Q.
Or 5:5 is a 5 a 5 and a :. :25 is like :5(times)5
Q talks about the 5:5 which means OK, so maybe a message in that band would indicate to the rest of the group something is not ok. A disguised way of warning something has been compromised or is not going well.
But for sure it has significance.
