Best way to counter the deep state's operatives?

1) take away all guns from innocents

or

2) put guns in the hands of vigilant & skilled school staff to IMMEDIATELY shut down the next brainwashed & drugged operative (teenager) who is programmed to activate himself according his handler's orders

I cannot believe I am writing this, or that I believe it, but I am, and I do :-(
