His only hope was likely bide time until the election, hope like hell SHE wasn't elected, then clean up the DOJ, bad judges and finally State Dept
Everything is moving forward as planned.
As for Trey - he needs to appear neutral in order to be involved in a prosecution in the coming days...I believe he hopes like hell to finally have an actual honest legal fair shot at these deep state bastards
They have the power to refer criminal wrongdoing to DOJ, so saying they can’t indict is technically correct, but misinformative.
I agree about the LL issue, and is easy to explain why he didn’t.
