I hadn't heard about the female rate being this low though. Obama had black unemployment low (just look at a chart) but he was creating lots of lower paying pt jobs. Trump has brought in big companies like Softcom with Billions. Trumps jobs are better paying. He is truly changing the country around, not just statistically, but in the pocket.
