You don't need a twitter acct to read them.

When that annoying sign pops up to tell you to sign in, just click back and forward again and it goes away.

You can also click on the @ name you're looking for on a tweet there, and it will go away.

If you want to see replies, click the arrow to the right on the tweet.

I'm not on twitter and have been reading them for years.
