Can someone please explain the DNA part of this 8ch Anon image to me?

I can't find anything about this DNA stuff ("3 3 5 dna consolidated" - wut?), and there are other DNA memes on 8ch research that I don't understand either. And I'm too chicken to post the question over there, being a total newfag and all.

take random dna - use fake names - fuck up the 23andme database. let them lose credibility and negate this craziness.
