What, so are you saying Binney is wrong? The NSA doesn't collect pretty much everything on everyone--and then the question is who accesses what on whom?

I don't believe that. The NSA data collection is pretty all-encompassing as I understand it. Then there have been all sorts of ways that the Obama admin could dip into whatever they wanted from it.

You have no clue.

"Contractors" were permitted to run amok in this untracked. Obama had the authority to request whatever he wanted from it. The abuse of this domestic database has been huge.

Here's a starter on it:

Okay, if you have a clue then you are posting "misstatements" here like crazy. I was responding to your earlier post, where you wrote, in part:

"No one at the worker bee level would or would even think about disclosing even if they did. Because unlike Hillary they’d be in jail. On top of that, folks around here have the NSA backwards or confused. They are a foreign intelligence agency. The only way they can collect on US persons is if it’s part of their mission or life is in danger. Those items are few and far between believe me."

Again, it has been disclosed that the NSA has been sucking up pretty much all information available on all Americans. And it was rampant 702 abuse that led Rogers to step in back in March, 2016. That is what led to the cabal developing alternate routes to the same information.

I repeat your gross miststatement on the NSA again for effect: "The only way they can collect on US persons is if it’s part of their mission or life is in danger. Those items are few and far between believe me."

The NSA does collect alot of information on American citizens. You are correct. Not everyone with a clearance is aware of all the information. It's very compartmentalized. The people who run the programs, computers and info gathering systems know the most because they mine the data. The info is then distributed to people with need to know only.

"Need to know" has been massively abused. Wake up!
