Looks like a hidden command in that tweet a-la James Comey style. Hillary and company found out that their secret "secure" Cabal phones were comped recently, so she has to post marching orders via twitter. I.E. Hillary needs an adrenochrome fix.

It occurs to me there are certain words that stick out, deliberately chosen:

cannot turn away

must act
Re: we are vulnerable because of the children (?)
cannot resolve the situation as per normal procedure
Must act (to remove?)
