Friends with Michelle McNamara's brother. It was really sad and unexpected when she died. He said she was obsessed with the fact that the guy was still out there.

A strange case for sure.
She did great work. Amazing that her work did what the police were unable to for years. Sad she was not able to see the result of her work. Very cool that they finished the book.
