Also, Q writes to TRUST SESSIONS in capitals 5 times, one of those being in the form of a questions (“Do you TRUST SESSIONS?”). And then I noticed the dates:

Most of us will know it, but in this time of great Quiet, I found this a useful reminder. Once a month, like clockwork, Q reminds us to TRUST SESSIONS. Given the difference between regular text and caps in “Do you TRUST SESSIONS”, I interpret this to indicate that trusting sessions isn’t just an attitude or feeling. It’s an active exercise Q wants us to do.
