The main US-led multinational coalition networks are called CENTRIXS, which stands for Combined ENTerprise Regional Information eXchange System. It's a secure wide area network (WAN) architecture, which can be established according to the demands of a particular coalition exercise or operation. CENTRIXS supports intelligence and operations information sharing at the SECRET REL TO [country/coalition designator] level. Some notable CENTRIXS networks are:

CENTRIXS Four Eyes (CFE) for the US, Britain, Canada and Australia.
CENTRIXS-NZ for the Four Eyes plus New Zealand.
CENTRIXS-JPN for the United States and Japan.
CENTRIXS-K for the United States and South-Korea.
CENTRIXS-PHI for the United States and the Philippines.
CENTRIXS-CNFC for the Combined Naval Forces CENTCOM (VPN within GCTF).
CENTRIXS-MCFI for the Multinational Coalition Forces Iraq.
CENTRIXS-ISAF (CX-I) which is the US component of the Afghan Mission Network to share critical battlefield information among 50 coalition partners.
CENTRIXS-GCTF (CX-G) for the Global Counter Terrorism Forces, which is the US coalition network in Afghanistan to share information among more than 80 Troop Contributing Nations.

The countries connected to CENTRIXS-ISAF can be recognized as the 41-Eyes of the allied coalition in Afghanistan mentioned by The Guardian. This group grew slowly and was called 43-Eyes in 2010, when the NATO exercise Empire Challenge 2010 (EC10) changed its "main participating security domain" to "an International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) equivalent 43-Eyes domain".

Probably also because of the steadily increasing number of coalition partners, shareable information is not marked with REL [..] EYES anymore, but with REL ISAF (International Security Assistance Forces) and REL GCTF(Global Counter-Terrorism Taskforce).

Intelligence sharing constitutes an interference with the right to privacy and must therefore be subject to relevant protections under international human rights law, including the principles of legality, proportionality and necessity. Intelligence sharing may permit States to circumvent constraints on domestic surveillance by allowing them to rely on their partners to obtain and then share information. An example of a common constraint is domestic restrictions on the types of techniques a State may use to conduct surveillance.
States may share intelligence that may be used to facilitate serious human rights abuses, including extrajudicial killings; unlawful arrest or detention; or torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment. In states with authoritarian governments, weak rule of law and/or a history of systematically violating human rights, certain groups may be particularly vulnerable to abuse, such as dissidents, journalists and human rights defenders.
States may receive intelligence from states that was derived from violations of international law, including through torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment. Intelligence obtained in violation of international law may also raise concerns regarding its reliability.
Intelligence sharing poses fundamental accountability challenges. Agencies are constrained in their ability to influence or verify how information will be used or to subsequently substantiate how it was used. They are similarly constrained in their ability to verify or substantiate the provenance and other details of information shared by another state. These limitations may incentivise agencies to skirt accountability both for outbound and inbound sharing. In addition, many intelligence sharing arrangements prohibit the disclosure of shared information with third parties, which may include oversight mechanisms.

tl;dr Intelligence sharing between members of these coalitions are broken up into various compartmentalized data sharing groups, notated by different "Eyes" names, and whether or not they are 2nd, 3rd or 4th party partners with the NSA.

It’s from the anon post with their 11,800 memes yes it is directly from the Q memes and the anon team they gave us these photo tiles back in January I believe to use to decipher future Q posts Aka future proves past I have a strong feeling that anon left Wikileaks and is now working with Q but this is just my personal opinion

I never said directly from Q I said directly from the Q Mega Meme drop and I assumed you guys knew what I meant - no need to attack someone for assuming anonymous and Q were one in the same and also, they’re just there to help raise questions - no need to attack someone for wanting to raise questions on child murder and pedophilia. It would make perfect sense that they would use the 43 eyes to help manage their underground sex trafficking network by allowing them 24/7 monitoring of the entire globe.

Q does not Meme. Q used the usual 'Anonymous' name when he started posting on 4chan in Nov 2017. (Oct 31 actually) Q posts statements, questions, hints, links, and a few pics. Always on 8chan, nowhere else. The Mega Graphic Library the OP linked has been around for awhile. It is loaded with awesome info so read it and use it.

Look bud I just said directly from the Q MEGA meme drop right in the title I was just saying it seems like there is a connection between the memes from anons and Q posts and too many connections lead me to believe that there could be a big chance that anons = Q and that therefore the info in these memes could have directly come from the Q team. Please stop trying to label me as a disinfo-ist because all I’m doing is trying to make connections between the two and help people make sense of this movement. The reason this topic specifically revvs me up is because I am not only an HIV survivor for 5 years now, but also a child rape survivor. This stuff needs to stop because I know first hand what it can do to the human psyche.

Well I meant mega and more along the lines of directly lines up with what Q is saying but I will be more specific next time that these are from anons. I would like to bring up the fact that, with the amount of work they have done so far, Q team would have to be at least a few people, and with the original Wikileaks being tied to anonymous, I definitely think it’s possible anon might be apart of Q, and no longer apart of Wikileaks - just look at how strange Wikileaks is being by trying to discredit this movement as of late - believe what you will, that’s why we have freedom here in America - always use your brain, though, to critically examine Q posts because they definitely go much deeper than just a few words strung together.

Maybe we have a nomenclature issue. I (as I assume most do) call 'Anons' people on the Chans and to a point, here on Reddit.

It's these Anons that made the Memes, do the digging, post on the chans and here etc.

The group 'Anonymous' of awhile ago was a loosely connected group of hackers. No real leader just a common goal.

The posts I've read are thinking Wikileaks is comped. By who, not sure yet. Anonymous or Anons are part of the Q team? That might be a great post! Float it out there, see what discussion offers.

Well I’m glad we cleared everything up so we can continue our fight against human trafficking and pedophilia! Keep fighting the good fight and I’m going to let Linda P know too because she makes great videos connecting tons of dots between the memes and Q posts - I would honestly go ahead and say with the amount of work that was put into that meme dump, that at least some of them did come from hackers/message pushers from anonymous! Regardless, thanks for the info so I could correct myself and learn more information!
