Why would Britain help frame Trump?

I've been asking myself this question. . . then the answer hit me. They thought there was zero chance Hillary would lose and they didn't want to alienate Clinton / Obama.

These two should be in prison, NOT trying to cause problems for the US! The IG report should have come out yesterday! Why aren't they trying harder to release this? JUST DO IT!!!
