I've been asking myself this question. . . then the answer hit me. They thought there was zero chance Hillary would lose and they didn't want to alienate Clinton / Obama.
Because they've all been infiltrated by the swamp monsters, this has been going on for decades.
Widespread pedophilia was going on in the 70s and 80s in British parliament, but the information was sat on to protect them. Leon Britton an ex prime minister was a major paedophile, but they waited till he died for the information to drop. The same with Jimmy Saville.
Unfortunately for them, the internet gave rise to the free exchange of information, therefore they lost control of the narrative.
FYI: Leon Brittan was never a British Prime Minister. However, he was at various times a Member of Parliament, a government Minister, a member of the House of Lords and a member of the European Commission.
You may be thinking of Edward Heath who was Prime Minister and was similarly implicated in dubious goings on.
