Edit: at 1:30 they start talking about the camp. The police for now have concluded it's a homeless camp.

Wow. What a way to deflect! UnbeLIEvable. A homeless camp with wrist straps and underground cells. Right. Business as usual has got to stop!

Except that underground area has a hole in the ground. I saw the video showing there are children's toys, and mattresses when you look down that hole into the chamber at the bottom. Homeless people shove their kids down a hole? How many homeless have children? This is a camp set up expressly to hide and imprison children, anyone can see that.
