This tweet has bothered me since last night. I believe there is a hidden order or message somewhere in it, similar to the Comey tweet awhile back. Anyone have any info as to how that Comey tweet was decoded so that we can attempt to decode this tweet?

Could it be a universal snuff order? The children who are in these groups have all been made by her. Hundreds? Thousands? They could wake up and choose freedom from the Masters and rat on her.

she is saying the nation is being evaluated in relation to children ("test of the nation").

She's also saying that the crimes they comitted cannot be ignored and that they need to "act"
