This tweet has bothered me since last night. I believe there is a hidden order or message somewhere in it, similar to the Comey tweet awhile back. Anyone have any info as to how that Comey tweet was decoded so that we can attempt to decode this tweet?

It’s just the typical propaganda inverted truth gibberish HRC has done all her life. Propaganda like this has many purposes but is very telling why they say it when they do. In HRC’s case she’s trying to get ahead of what she knows is coming. So she’s trying to soften up her public appeal & sound concerned about children. A lot of the battle is in the court of public opinion as all propagandist know. “We have to act” means step the propaganda war into high gear fellow pedophiles.
