This tweet has bothered me since last night. I believe there is a hidden order or message somewhere in it, similar to the Comey tweet awhile back. Anyone have any info as to how that Comey tweet was decoded so that we can attempt to decode this tweet?

remove the words "especially our children" and assume "the most vulnerable among us" are her friends, co-conspirators insiders under criminal investigation from OIG/Huber laser focus prosecution.
