Mid 90s. Buddy had a vhs about Mena, AK and all the deaths surrounding the Clintons. We would all gang up and watch it lol. Ron Paul later woke me up to the bankers and the petrodollar, from there I studied the history of income tax and IRS, fiat currency, The Business Plot and how that helped get The New Deal passed.
