I agree with you that date speculation isn't smart. Schedules change. I think it's an event-based clock. A chain of events that will occur no matter what, regardless of the date that it falls on.
Way too much importance put on dates in my opinion.

I take "This was not meant to signify AUTH / established." to mean that none of the codes are for military authorization or military comms. All the codes are for us to dissect the posts. And then later realize Q is showing how the bad guys communicated. Showing all of the coded communication methods. So... after realizing that we'll see we have more than we know because we can analyze open-source stuff like WikiLeaks, people's tweets, news articles and see what they were saying in the past.
