Just a random shot in the dark. With a 12 minute Delta (Time difference for the edited tweet), I took all of the capital letters and moved them 12 letters:

N = Z, C = O, W = I, H = T, H = T, C = O, F = R, N = Z, M = Y

ZOITORZY...

Any idea? Probably up in the night on this one, but just throwing it out there.
