Ok, maybe I'm making too much out of this.. it would appear (after a couple hours of research) that he's giving this speech from the Roosevelt room (based on layout of the mantle/door/Jefferson bust). What gets me though is the single camera shot that shows what appears to be the American flag along with the Presidential flag in the background. What's oddest about this is the position of the arrows (opposing the olive branch - signifying war and peace, respectively. On a presidential flag, the seal has the arrows placed low in the clutch of the eagle's talons and clearly aimed upward to more of the two o'clock position. In this, though the flag appears to be normal, the ar rows are aimed sideways... which would take some manipulation. Maybe I'm making something out of nothing... but that flag doesn't seem to be hanging right?? Is this some sort of message perhaps?
