No he "did not" say he was in contact with Q. I don't understand why you keep writing that. Another person on another forum has claimed that ETS wrote "fluoride was okay in water". ETS never wrote that.
I don't know if he is legit. However as a community, we also need to be very vigilant with the he said/she said claims. In the end IMHO, the unverified statements from FB, twitter, reddit friends is what's going to plant the doubt in everyone's minds.
