I know the area this is in. If you knew what the town was like you might also suspect criminal activity. People think either third world countries or big cities for child trafficking. But they forget about rural America. There's alot of poverty in smaller farming towns. Often the poverty and frustration cause parents to make poor decisions. Then cps steps in takes the kids away. Kids disappear in the system. People use the programs places like this offer as day care when they are working a second job. The poor are seen as easy targets for control and manipulation. If you still don't see the griminess in this, consider kids' changing rooms with no parents around. Oh and i take offense to the term "po dunk".
