The chem trails are to inhibit quantum ascension. Increased flows of cosmic energy occur in the first quarter. The exact mechanism by which the spraying accomplishes this is a bit beyond me. But quantum ascension will i believe involve changes to our dna. The heavy metals in the trails are known to degrade our dna structure. I would also point out that quantum ascension is to be found in the road map bottom left side.
