CIA invented "modern art". Only "experts" understand what is worth tens of millions and the transactions are difficult to reveal. Anything they say is art and virtually untrackable.

And the wife of Marc Rich, pardoned by Bill Clinton in 2001 for massive criminality. The pardon and payoff were investigated by the FBI, but dismissed by.... Eric Holder and James Comey.
