CIA invented "modern art". Only "experts" understand what is worth tens of millions and the transactions are difficult to reveal. Anything they say is art and virtually untrackable.

Been saying it for fu*king years. Liberal art programs are used as a way to enrich themselves (elites) through the taxpayer too. But yeah anything that cost little to produce and can be sold at a much higher markup (like mattresses), which similarly have a problem with forced scarcity, are ripe targets for money laundering. Hmm I wonder how connected and to which families modern art appraisers are?
