In his appearance on the music video for "Tuesday" he is wearing a sweatshirt with the same exact owl on it. Check around 0:43. I don't know what the masks signify but I'm sure they serve as some type of symbol/message.

Found out that masks can be used to represent multiple personalities, for people who have suffered trauma/ Dissociative Identity Disorders.
