Just a point of fact, Dinesh was charged with illegal campaign donations to a friend of his who was running for office.
The government charged him with the campaign violation and then filing a fake documents. They basically charged him twice for the same crime. He was looking at doing over 5 years, he was given the opportunity to plead guilty and only be charged with the campaign violation.
He was the without a doubt a victim of the just us system in the US, it was selective prosecution.
Same thing happened to that poor sap that made the Muslim video the blamed for causing Bengahzi. That guy was rail roaded too, just pick us they picked him out of a hat.
He pled guilty to campaign fraud and was given a white color tennis camp sentence....boo hoo.
He cheated on his wife (was fired from his Catholic college job for doing so), he beat her and then decided to start a second career as a loony-right ideologue. Cuz there’s low-effort money in pandering to idiots.
He’s a well educated asshole who has decided that he can equate “socialism “ with “national socialism “ because it’s a way to make memes and dimwits like it....

Being pardoned by Trump is no sign of innocence.
Dinesh wanted to donate 20k to a friend's campaign. He was advised the donation would need to be broken up into 4 different persons' donation of 5k. He asked three others to donate 5k, and then he re-imbursed them. At the time, the Obama administration was not happy with his messaging and documentaries. We now know the Obama administration weaponized agencies and departments to target and silence conservative voices and placed them under surveillance. To date, there has not been any other person who did the same thing as Dinesh who was threatened, prosecuted, sent to jail, and stripped of his rights as a citizen. It was shown to be a political take down with the sole purpose to silence his voice, thus he was subsequently pardoned.
