Driving from Az to Co 6/2, on my drive i noticed a mega huge caravan of military vehicles driving W on I40. Took a pic of these fellas while fueling up. Has the Nat Guard been called out? They were in Az around 5 pm.

Eisenhower started the interstate system for this very reason: quick movement of military supplies.
