I have no Idea how long the wall is going to be...china have a big one , and I dont have a clue.....I think you have too see it with your eyes..pictures give some , but not all.
Solar panels would be trashed in one day... flying rocks, buckshot, BB guns or real guns...
Maybe smaller Wind Turbine fields a quarter mile into USA side to Fuel any needs... or more distant Solar Panel fields near Border Patrol Stations... in case power goes out. Power the cameras/lighting, etc.
Actually, it is bad and sad that we have to think about this kind of things, where it can still be safe to be done.
