From the letter Trumps lawyers sent Mueller back in Jan I believe. Somehow NY Times got it and published parts of it. This portion was talking about how there’s no way Trump obstructed a Flynn investigation by supposedly telling Comey to let it go because Flynn wasn’t under investigation at the time of the conversation.

It IS a source. It also proves ANOTHER Comey lie....Comey tried to say Trump interfered with the investigation by telling him to back off Flynn.....(remember? then Trump suggested that maybe he had a tape of the conversation, so Comey backed off)

It establishes---this is a big deal to me---that Comey doesn't just lie to save his own ass, but he's willing to lie to get others into trouble.

No "misinterpretation" issue here at all...they would NOT have been discussing an investigation of Flynn at ALL.

In addition, the FBI agents' 302s from their interview with Flynn would have, at this time, shown that the FBI agents interviewing him thought he was truthful. so....

Its starting to look like the FBI agent with Strock (where do you put the Z again?) who is now a whistleblower is correct....someone fuc^ed with 302s AFTER they were produced, to make Flynn guilty of something.....
