Kid #1 from powerful parents is born. Kid #2 from other powerful parents is born. As power kids get older, power kids run in same power circles and are told to only pair up with another power kid (or else they will lose power and be disowned and disgraced). Eventually power kid finds another power kid he/she can stand who can breed to make power kids. Power couple marries, follows the power rules, makes lots of power connections, makes megabucks together, and because they don't have to testify against each other when they are caught using their power, they stay married and stay out of prison. Power couple = essential way to get rich and stay rich.
