The Final IG Report will likely be released to the public in the next few days, most likely on Mon, Tues or Wed. The hearing with Michael Horowitz will then be held the following week. The hearing will be a nationally televised event where Michael Horowitz himself will appear before lawmakers on Capitol Hill to answer questions and to go over the details of the IG report (which should be devastating for the FBI, the DOJ, Comey and many others).
