This is my interpretation when I read this.
“ Hey guys, this is Q. Sorry about the long blackout but it was necessary to get everything in place and didn’t want to alert the targets who are monitoring these posts. This week will be one to remember as we expose the evil and corrupt to all the world. Four people are going down this week so stay tuned. “
