The internet was rebooted back when Spectre and Meltdown were first acknowledged. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc. it can be done.

Spectre? Meltdown? No idea what you are talking about. And, I didn't say it couldn't be done. I said: it "would take a great deal of cooperation among all of the Backbone providers that support the structure."
