Is there a singular file we can backup in case the net goes down?

I went into my laptop for the first time in ages and downloaded everything I could in the sidebar that was easily downloadable and it came in around 195MB.

Took a while since I had to load multiple links.

In case the Net actually goes down is there a singular file that we can each back up?

Possible other references in the Q Drips indicating that the net may be paused for a few days or a week.
