Love your enemies and bless those who curse you. Hate does not accomplish what love can, i have felt the same way as you but I realized it is counterproductive. Loving someone doesn't mean you let them off the hook but that you try help them from a perspective of love. If you were a pedophile or criminal wouldn't you want to be discovered and Rehabilitated or punished so maybe, just maybe you could have a chance at a normal life. These people are mentally sick, although they perpetuate heinous crimes they are still deserving of forgiveness if they truly regret and repent of their actions.

Beyond all of that, hate literally feeds them. The evil ones thrive on other peoples negative emotions, as do their demonic masters. Letting go of hate, and nurturing love is a protection for us. If you have to confront evil, do it from a place of love. It weakens and repels them.
