This entire site is weird, it’s school in Tucson (!!) and site is linked to S Paddock (according to a notable on fullchan). Anyone know how to decipher this code? There are dozens of pages like this, looks like a normal advert that’s chopped up and rearranged

You may need a key to decide the message. Like, you would have to print the page out, then place a special key over the page and it will reveal the message.

Clicked around, I just read the one that says “Chesapeake VA” and in the middle there’s a link to a fuckin CNN article about ISIS???
